产品描述：

HENRY 181 高强填缝剂是一种水泥基瓷砖填缝料，由优质水泥、填充料及聚合物添加剂组成。具有一定的柔韧性和粘结力，并有多种颜色可供选择，适用于多种类型瓷砖、马赛克和天然石材，如大理石、花岗岩等。

 

产品特点：

● 抗开裂

● 抗色变

● 吸水量低，抗泛碱。

 

用法及用量：

1、将产品倒入清水中搅拌成膏状，注意要先加水后再倒入产品，搅拌时使用电动搅拌机；

2、混合比：25kg产品：7.2-7.5kg水；

3、充分搅拌至完全无粉团，搅拌完成后，静置五分钟，重新搅拌一下再使用；

4、用橡胶灰刀或海绵刮板进行填缝，必须把填缝料完全压入缝隙内，不得留空；

5、用与缝隙成45°斜角的动作将多余的浆料刮去，小心避免将缝隙内的浆料带出；

6、填缝工作完成后，马上用拧干的湿布或海棉将瓷砖表面清理干净。

根据施工方式（勾缝或填缝）、砖尺寸大小及缝宽深度等变化会有微量差异，下表仅供参考，且估算时建议增加约15％的耗损量。

注意事项：

1、施工温度应在5℃至35℃；

2、本产品不宜用于伸缩缝处；

3、在雨天施工时，一定要做好遮蔽防护措施，并且要确保在填缝后的24小时内，填缝料不被雨水淋湿；

4、请勿用强酸性清洁剂清洗；

5、填缝料可能会污染瓷砖表面，尤其是表面粗糙疏松多孔、吸水性强的瓷砖和各类型天然石材、大理石。施工时应及时清理，必要时先做局部试验。本公司不承担因操作不当造成填缝料污染砖面的责任；

6、由于施工条件（温度、湿度等）的影响，填缝料的最终颜色可能会与标准色板有差异，但这不影响产品的性能；

7、填缝应在瓷砖铺贴完成24小时后才能开始施工。

 

储存运输： 本品须存放于干燥、通风的室内环境，防潮、防水、防止暴晒，保质期为12个月。

Product description:

Henry 181 High Strength Grout is a cement based tile grout, consisting of high quality cement, filler and polymer additives. With its flexibility and bonding strength along with variety of colors availability, it’s suitable for different types of tiles, mosaics and natural stones, such as marble and granite.

Application and consumption:

1. Add the powder into clean water and mix until it forms the paste. Please note the sequence that powder should be added into water and electric mixer is highly recommended.

2. The mixing ratio of powder and water is 20kg powder: 5.8-6L water.

3. Mix until there is uniform paste is obtained. Then keep the paste stand for 5 minutes and mix again.

4. Rubber or sponge floats are recommended for grouting. The material should be filled in to tile joint to avoid hollow.

5. Clear the excess grout material by the float with 45° angle and be careful to avoid to get out the material in the joint.

6. After the grouting application, use the wet cloth (but no dropping water) or sponge to clean the tile/stone surface immediately.

 

Consumption:

The consumption might vary because of different application method, size of tiles, depth of the joint, and therefore the following table of consumption is only for your reference. Please always consider 15% wastage as additional consumption in case.

Notes:

1. The working temperature is from 5℃ to 35℃;

2. This product is not suitable for expansion joints;

3. The protection measures should be taken during during the application in rainy days. The grouting material should not be exposed from rain within 24 days after the application.

4. Please do not use strong acid cleaning detergent

5. The grouting material might contaminate the surface of the tiles/stones especially whose surface is not dense and with high water absorption. Immediate cleaning is necessary and trial in small area is recommended. We don’t responsible for the issues caused by improper applications and protections.

6. Due to the influence of construction conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.), the final color of grout material may be slightly different from the standard color chart, but this will not affect the performance of the product;

7. Grouting application should be conducted 24hours after the tiles are installed.

Storage and transportation:

This product must be stored indoors at 5℃-35℃ to prevent frost and direct sunlight exposure. Shelf life is 12 months.
