HENRY 508界面剂是一款由高分子聚合物材料复合而成的水性乳液，能快速渗透到基层微孔里，有效提高基层密实度，增加后道工序与基层的粘结强度，减少其开裂、空鼓等问题的可能性，适用于混凝土和砖混等墙面涂刷防水、粘贴瓷砖、批刮腻子前的基层界面处理。

水性乳液，环保；

渗透增强，封闭基层；

粘接架桥作用，增强界面附着力；

颜色鲜明，防止漏涂。

用法用量：

基层应坚硬、平整、干燥、洁净、无裂缝、无油脂、无脱膜剂。如基层表面疏松或大面积浮浆，宜喷丸处理。底涂前砂磨基层并用吸尘器清理。

1、使用前先将乳液搅拌均匀；

2、采用辊筒或软毛刷均匀涂布本品于墙面。对多孔、吸收性强的基层，可以涂刷2遍以上，可在第一遍干燥后再涂刷一遍，以达到最佳封固效果。

3、待本品干燥后可进行下一步施工。

用量：100g/㎡

注意事项：

施工环境温度应在5-35℃。本说明书提供的数据是在23℃±2℃和50-55%的相对湿度下取得的。请注意，在其它气候环境，固化的时间会相应延长或缩短。施工完，及时用水清洗工具和设备。

储存运输：

本品须存放于干燥、通风的室内环境，防潮、防水、防止曝晒。

保质期为12个月。

Product description:

Primer is a composed of polymer composite material of water-based emulsion, can quickly permeate to the primary pores, effectively enhance the compactness, increase process after the adhesive strength with base, to reduce the possibility of the problem such as craze, empty drum, applicable to concrete and brick, besmear waterproof, stickup ceramic tile, blow be bored with child before processing interface at the grass-roots level.

Dosage and Administration:

Primary Treatment:Subfloor should be hard, smooth, dry, clean, no cracks , no fat , no release agent. If a large area of subfloor or loose surface laitance, should peening. Subfloor primer before sanding and use a vacuum cleaner to clean up.

1.Please mix before use；

2.Use roller or soft brush uniform coating and this product in the wall.In view of the grass-roots porous, absorbent strong, can besmear to brush 2 times, but after the first pass dry besmear again, in order to achieve the best effect of cementing.

3.For the product after drying can be the next step of construction.

Construction area:1 kilogram can be constructed about 10 square meters, specific area is decided according to base-level absorption condition and flatness.

Notes:

Water-based Primer only suitable for use at temperatures of 5 ℃ to 35 ℃. Data provided in this manual is at 23 ℃ ± 2 ℃ and 50-55 % relative humidity achieved. Please note that in other climates , the curing time will be extended or shortened. Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after construction.
