HENRY 520 以特种水泥为主要组份，掺入多种国外进口添加剂，经特殊工艺精制而成的一种单组份高效堵漏补强材料。广泛用于屋面、卫生间、水池、地坑、隧道、管道工程的堵漏止水、抢修灌注；用于抹面起到防水抗渗作用。家装防水施工中阴阳角、管根部位圆弧处理，地漏周边的防水加强处理；其它墙面，或者混凝土缺陷的快速修补及加固。

用法用量：

1、预先将漏水点或漏水缝凿成垂直喇叭口，并将基面清理干净，要求基层整洁、结实，无油污、灰尘、油脂等妨碍附着物。

2、将本品与水按粉液比1:0.3拌和，快速搅拌均匀至无团状物，1-2min感到发热后，快速用镘刀施工于渗漏处或缺陷接缝处。

 

注意事项：

施工温度应在5-35℃，本品含有水泥，对皮肤有一定刺激性，需穿戴好防护手套和眼镜。施工完后的工具应及时用清水冲洗清理，固化后的残留物应用机械方式铲除。

 

执行标准：GB 23440-2009 Ⅱ型

 

储存运输：本品须存放于干燥、通风的室内环境，防潮、防水、防止暴晒，保质期为12个月。

HENRY 520 Fast Curing Water Plug

Product description:

HENRY 520 is a single component fast curing water plug material consisting of high quality cement and several imported additives. It is commonly used for roof, bathroom, water pool, tank, tunnel and tube installation projects as the water plug and repair grouting. It could also be used as waterproofing membrane as rendering layer; internal and external corners and rounding up of tube root in home decoration; waterproof reinforcement of drainage joints with floor; other walls or concrete fast repair and reinforcement.

Application and consumption:

1. To ensure the repair result, the leakage points should be cut into trapezoid shape for better bonding and easier application. Clean the surface after the cut. The substrate should be clean, solid, free of oil, dust and other contaminates.

2. Mix the product with water-to-powder ratio of 1:0.3. Quickly mix the material thoroughly to form without lump. When you feel the material get warming after 1-2 minutes mixing, immediately apply the mixed material into the repair areas.

 

Notes:

The working temperature is 5-35℃. This product contains cement and is irritating to the skin. Please wear protective gloves and glasses. After the application, the tools should be promptly washed and cleaned with clean water, the cured residues should be removed by mechanical ways.

Storage and transportation：

This product must be stored indoors at 5℃-35℃ to prevent frost and direct sunlight exposure. Shelf life is 12 months.
