施工方法：

● 涂刷HENRY510通用型水性界面剂，根据现场环境的风干条件，等候1至4小时，就可以进行下一道工序施工。干燥成膜后，表面须具有抗刮性，否则需重新涂刷HENRY510。对高吸收性基层须涂刷两遍，非吸收性基层则无需兑水直接涂刷，可用清水清洁工具。

 

注意事项：

● HENRY510通用型水性界面剂只适合在5℃-35℃气温下使用。本说明书提供的数据是在23℃±2℃气温及50-55%的相对湿度下取得的。请注意，在其它气候环境，等候的时间会相应延长或缩短。若本品受冻成固体状态时，使用前请咨询技术人员。

 

包装与储存：

● 20kg/桶，本品须存放在室内温度5℃-35℃环境，保质期为12个月。防止冰冻、曝晒。

Substrate Preparation:

The substrate must be mature, sound, solid, clean and dry with good surface integrity. The substrate should be tested according to corresponding standard and technical information. Any defective should be reported in time. All weak surface and residues should be removed by mechanically prepared, either by scrubbing, shot-blasting or similar, and be vacuumed clean.

Mixing and Application:

Apply HENRY 510 Universal Dispersion Primer evenly, using a brush or broom, depending on the job condition, allow to dry for 1 to 4 hours, then apply the next process. After curing, the surface must have a clear thin film with scratch resistance, or a second coat for HENRY 510 will be needed. For high absorbent surface a second coat of HENRY 510 is required, for non-absorbent surface could be coated without water, could be washed with water.

 

Attention:

HENRY 510 Universal Dispersion Primer is only suitable between 5℃to 35℃ . Testing condition is at 23℃ ±2℃and 50%-55%RH standard laboratory. Please note, working time will be extended at lower temperature. If this product is frozen solid, please consult the technical team before use.

 

Package and Storage:

12 months when stored in dry conditions between 5℃~35℃, avoid frost and sun exposure.
